     Our Mortgage Broker division launched in 2004, we have ample experience in getting your loans closed.  We have over three dozen lender relationships ranging from Elite Prime to Non-QM.  We can close loans down to a 500 credit score and we have the lowest rates available for your A+ borrower.  We have dozens of web sites to secure leads for our Loan Officers.  A good candidate for our Loan Officer positions should be able to close a significant percentage of these leads and earn substantial commissions.

  1. Immediately contacting mortgage leads as they are generated by our numerous company-owned websites.  Leads will be forwarded to your email and cell phone via text message to accomplish this no matter where you are, or what time it is.
  2. Developing our mortgage loan business through member seminars, calls on Brokers, Realtor’s, contractors and other potential sources of business.
  3. Establishing and maintaining effective and professional business relationships with clients, and trade professionals resulting in loan growth and identification of Peak Home Loans as a competitor in the marketplace.
  4. Providing extraordinary service and customized product solutions to all existing clients and potential customers.
  5. Abiding by NMLS SAFE Act!
Competitive applicants will have:
  1. A mandatory NMLS & Florida Mortgage Loan Officer License.
  2. Two years’ experience in mortgage lending with a proven sales record and loan volume.
  3. A desire and willingness to succeed personally.
  4. To be a self-starter willing to work from home, our office, and / or travel.
  5. The ability to successfully communicate and network with potential members and external clients.
  6. Success in providing personalized service with customized mortgage solutions while managing the sales and growth of a mortgage portfolio.
  7. A proven record of successfully building relationships and pipeline of business.
  8. Experience in Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA origination.
